1. Introduction
This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds apply when engaging services with Complete Accident Care ("we," "our," or "us").
By signing our service agreement or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. No Refund After Agreement Signing or Service Commencement
Once a client has:

Signed a service agreement, or
-
Authorized Complete Accident Care to act on their behalf, or
-
Requested commencement of services, or
-
Allowed coordination with insurers, repairers, lawyers, medical providers, or any third-party service providers
no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
This applies regardless of claim outcome, service duration, or client decision to discontinue services after engagement.
3. Cancellation Before Agreement Signing
If a client chooses not to proceed before signing the service agreement and before any services begin, they may withdraw without any charges or obligations.
Once the agreement is signed or services commence, the engagement becomes active and non-refundable.
4. Third-Party Services
Complete Accident Care may coordinate or refer clients to independent third-party providers such as:

Lawyers

Vehicle repairers
-
Medical professionals
-
Rehabilitation providers
-
Rental vehicle providers
Any payments made directly to third-party providers are governed by their own refund and cancellation policies. Complete Accident Care is not responsible for third-party refund decisions.
5. Company-Initiated Cancellation
Complete Accident Care reserves the right to suspend or terminate services where:

Required documentation is not provided

Incorrect or misleading information is supplied

Client cooperation is not maintained
-
Continued service becomes impractical or inappropriate
In such situations, no refunds will be issued once the agreement has been signed or services have commenced.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind

Delay in claim processing by insurers

Dissatisfaction with third-party providers
-
Claim rejection by insurers
-
Settlement outcomes lower than expected

Decision to discontinue services after engagement

7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where required by law, remedies may be available for major service failures.
