1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Complete Accident Care ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

These Terms apply to all clients engaging our accident support and claim assistance services.

2. Nature of Services

Complete Accident Care provides accident-related support services, which may include:

  • Assistance with accident claim coordination

  • Liaison with insurers, repairers, legal professionals, and medical providers

  • Guidance throughout the accident recovery process

  • Administrative support relating to accident-related documentation

  • Referral coordination to third-party service providers where required

We do not provide legal advice, financial advice, or medical advice.

3. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree that:

  • All information provided to us is accurate and complete

  • You will promptly provide documents requested for claim support

  • You authorize us to communicate with insurers, repairers, lawyers, and medical professionals on your behalf where necessary

  • You will notify us immediately if your contact details change

Incomplete or incorrect information may affect our ability to assist you effectively.

4. Authority to Act on Your Behalf

By using our services, you authorize Complete Accident Care to:

  • Communicate with insurers regarding your claim

  • Coordinate with repairers and assessors

  • Liaise with medical providers where necessary

  • Communicate with legal representatives where applicable

This authority is limited to administrative coordination and claim-support purposes only.

5. Third-Party Services

During the course of assisting you, we may refer you to independent third-party providers such as:

  • Lawyers

  • Vehicle repairers

  • Medical practitioners

  • Rehabilitation providers

  • Rental vehicle providers

These providers operate independently of Complete Accident Care. We are not responsible for the services, advice, or outcomes delivered by third parties.

6. Fees and Charges

Where applicable, any service fees will be clearly disclosed prior to engagement.

Some services arranged through third-party providers may involve separate costs payable directly to those providers. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting their terms before proceeding.

If our services are provided on a referral or claim-support basis without upfront charges, this will be explained at the time of engagement.

7. No Guarantee of Claim Outcome

Complete Accident Care provides coordination and support services only. We do not guarantee:

  • Approval of insurance claims

  • Settlement amounts

  • Repair timelines

  • Legal outcomes

Claim outcomes depend on insurers, third-party providers, and external authorities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

  • We are not liable for delays caused by insurers, repairers, or third parties

  • We are not responsible for decisions made by insurers or legal representatives

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from claim outcomes

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By engaging our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in that policy.

10. Confidentiality

We take reasonable steps to keep your personal and claim-related information confidential and only share information where necessary to provide services or where required by law.

11. Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate services if:

  • Required information is not provided

  • Misleading information is supplied

  • There is misuse of our services

  • Continued engagement becomes impractical or inappropriate

You may discontinue our services at any time by notifying us in writing.

12. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Complete Accident Care, including documents, templates, branding, and communications, remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

You must not reproduce or distribute our materials without written permission.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be available upon request or on our website (if applicable).

Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
